I conducted a chkdsk C: /f and D: /f below is the screen shot from the results if it's of any use. It looks like the update has totalled my PC and the only option is a complete reinstall, not what I wanted, I will lose some work but can recover most of it from email attachments via Mimecast...

When I went to bed at 2340 it was at 85%, just got up and its displayng this message: "Failure configuring Windows updates Undoing changes Don't turn off your computer" :banghead: Normally this process takes the same amout of time as the configuring updates did, so no big PC for the day...

:bored2::huh: Update KB2919355 downloaded at 1300, rebooted and is now at 77% which is 1% more than before! Been at 77% forne hour, but I will leave it to run or time out which ever comes soonest
