Hi Tom, Thanks for your helping. I followed your instructions but I cannot successfully installed the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT)... As for the SFC scan part, I can successfully execute all the process and the log file is uploaded. Really appreciate your help! Joseph

Hi I tried to upload the CBS file but failed. I also tried the method by dragging SFCfix.txt onto the SFCfix.exe and again failed. Is there any other way to upload? Thanks, Joseph
