Need help removing virus and malware

I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong but every attempt at clicking copy ends with the error message "Hr=0x80070002 failure to create output files" on both computer

Hello. I have three computers at home 2pc and 1mac. For some reason both the pc keep disconnecting from the wifi. I have to either turn off the network adaptor for about 5mins then restart it before they both can reconnect. Sometimes i have to restart it for it to work at all. The mac on the...
