When i first started the installation of the hotfix i cancelled it when i noticed that it wasn't moving when it reached around 50-60%. then i applied those instructions above, and started the installation. The installation bar wasn't moving for the first 30 mins. is it normal? or should i close...

when i try to install it again, i encoutered an error saying "Installer encountered an error (0x80070005). Access is denied."

i finished downloading the updates and the install initialization was done. but when it come to installing Hotfix for windows (KB947821) update 1 of 1, the isntallation bar seemed to be stacked at around 50-60%. what should i do?
