Problem with installing Windows 10
Where did you download the iso file? How much the size it? For latest Windows 10 ISO, it is over 4G so you have to format the USB to NTFS first before writing ISO file to it

Net User command access denied
My grandma has a Win10 laptop and does not use it too much. She asked me for help as the login password is incorrect. I booted into safe mode and launched command prompt. when I try to use Net User command to reset the password, got an error message saying "access denied". Any other way around...
