[SOLVED] Windows 8.1 Update error code: 800703F1

After moving my system to a different case, windows update is throwing this error. I have 65 available important updates, as it has been months since this system was online. I have tried the Windows Troubleshooting steps Microsoft provides, and even the FixIt tool, to no avail. I've run RegBak...
