A small local provider. Impossible to tell who they lease the trunk from. Windows defender did update but .net still shows errors.

Ok I reinstalled Windows 10 after a new format. but when I try to upgrade I get some errors. Update for Windows Defender Antivirus antimalware platform - KB4052623 (Version 4.18.1812.3) - Error 0x80070643 2019-01 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.7.2 for Windows 10 Version 1809...

I had restore points created but they are not listed anymore. I can't find any back ups either. This forum is my last effort before wiping the drive and starting over again.

It was cloned from another drive. Unsure if that drive was corrupted because it was working when cloned. Windows was subsequently reinstalled on this drive from scratch.
