[SOLVED] Cannot access Portable Devices Win7x64

Brian, thanks for the follow up. I ended up replacing those same files in the Winsxs folder group. I still got the file mismatch errors when running SFC but today I said, "what the heck" and decided to try SFCFix once again and lo and behold... It fixed the issues this time around!

I have installed the latest Samsung USB drivers (1.5.65.0) and I have tried previous versions but I cannot get my phone to show up in Win7 File Explorer or My Computer. I have enabled Developer support and USB Debugging on the phone and it is set for MTP. The phone is visible in Printers and...
