still fails Windows update. I tried both Windows 1909 Flash drive upgrade install, and Downloaded Windows update assistant fails as well. DISM Passes but SFC still results in files that cant be fixed. I included the error that I get as a screenshot all the logs and Procmon file when I SFC scan...

SFC ends with error that it could not fix all corruption. Both upgrade installation of Windows and Windows update assistant fail.

DISM now completes but SFC scan finishes with errors. I tried Windows update assistant. which errors and I tried windows upgrade install which fails. https://www.sendspace.com/file/5u5vk8 logfile

this is the logfile for when I try and run a DISM scan. I cant attach one for Windows update failure as it makes it all the way to restart your PC to apply and fails when its trying to install during restart https://www.sendspace.com/file/hvved4

RAM has been tested. I actually removed the HDD to try it in a different PC even. The HDD is brand new as it had been cloned to a new HDD. This issue was happening before clone and replacement on the HDD
