[SOLVED] Cannot install new updates. Rolling back changes

Hello, Windows 10. After installing new updates system is starting about 20 minutes of spinning icon and after that rolling back changes. Dism and sfcscan didn't help

Ok so much thanks for help. I am not happy with that but the only way is fresh install so i must do it in this week.

I've restarted windows and tried to install that package but error still exist :( Installation failed.
