I don't know what this means. Can u provide instructions? In your screenshots above, I see the 2 for "SPD" tab, but they are both "SLOT #1". Can you please post one for "SLOT #2"? I did delete the KB2670838 update. the BSOD just happened this morning AGAIN so I sent you the minidump and an XML

I was just on the phone with Costco Concierge service where I bought the machine. He asked me to go to Programs, Uninstall, View Updates, find KB2670838 Update under Microsoft and delete it. I have no idea if this will fix the problem, but if it does, I did not have to wipe out my whole system...

I think I told you that 2 days ago I reset the pc back to factory settings, lost all my data and then BSOD happened again. I have just downloaded PC Wizard and PCUID. I have attached the results.

[ATTACH]5962[/ATTACH I've attached the lastest BSOD minidump. I have just restroed the system to factory settings thinking this would solve everything. I didn't solve the BSODs and I have the extra bonus of losing all my data (yippee). I hope someone can help. John, get better!!

thanks for the update. I am in FLA and assumed you were on the west coast. BSOD continues to happen but no minidump. verifier is still on with all drivers checked. look forward to hearing from you again. Judy
