Hi, when I try to install Visual Studio 2022, I have this error: Transaction support within the specified resource manager is not started. The package is Microsoft.Net.4.8.FullRedist.20H2. Can anyone help me, please? Regards.

I applied so many tweaks to my system. I'm still getting error 0x80071a91 when trying to update. I understand that my system has lost features like updating and protection. Is there any additional fix that I could try? If so, please let me know. Thanks.
