Thanks niemiro dear components file is uploaded on onedrive and link is shared here Note: the component file is obtained from C:\Windows\System32\config\ as RegBak folder didnot contained this file Link uploading....

i am facing win update error 800703F1 windows 8, KIS 2013 running am attaching CBS and DISM log file additionally am facing different issue like i cant run cmd as administrator from ctrl+X option, and i cant run device manager by right click on computer icon from desktop Thanks in advance :)
