It's connected to a domain. I've run the SUR tool many, many times with no luck. The log file was attached to my initial post.

KB2791765 & KB3107998 keep failing to install on a Windows 7 machine. The error code given is 800B0100. There were initially 3 updates that kept failing but I ran the SURT and was able to resolve 1 of the 3 before coming across this web site. I've followed the instructions for the technical...
