Update: I've copied from an install.esd an wrpint into my: C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-servicingstack_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.19041.860_none_e73d0c67262f5c28. Did so because I was seeing: Failed to load sfp DLL from path...
