Windows 7 updates failing due to code 80070490

Solved! I was able to find the two remaining files on another computer. Once they were placed, DISM ran clean. What's weird is my Windows updates were still failing, but my main goal was upgrading to Win10 and once DISM showed now errors, the upgrade worked!

Windows 7 updates failing due to code 80070490

Keep failing on most Windows updates I've tried. Failed updates include: KB4534310, KB4539601, KB4524752, KB4537820, and KB4539601. This all started with me trying to upgrade this Windows 7 x86 Pro system to Windows 10. It fails and google searches indicate it's due to failed Windows updates...
