Hi xilolee, :wave: So what you are saying is that windows update experts don't read this part of the forum? Aha well, I didn't know where to post it and I told Tom I posted it here! I am sure you know who Tom is? I don't know his username here on this forum!

Error 1719. The Windows Installer Service Could Not Be Accessed

It has been 5 months ago since I posted this threat and nobody ever took to time to help me!:noidea::huh: In the mean time I decommissioned the Windows 7 installation and put Window 10 on it. Haven't tried to install any office on it yet! Well thanks for nothing really! :thud:
