Yes, 0x = hexadecimal value (0x1 = 1 decimal). This will change "Interrupt mode" and potentially fix the issue (please verify!)

Following the above hints you can try to: 1. from admin DOS prompt use the reg commands: reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\ /s /f ndis.sys and reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\ /s /f tcpip.sys to find the keys... 2. enter each subkey...
