I do not think it is a hardware failure because I did not have this problem before version 1909 upgrade yesterday - it would be unusual to have a hardware failure at exact same time as I upgraded windows. My best guess is a bad/incompatible driver or setting in windows. BTW - reset my ip & dns...

Hooray !!! Thank You !!! Windows 10 upgrade to version 1909 was successful. Windows update is working and downloading now. Not sure if various program freeze issues were solved. I'm testing now. What else needs to be corrected? Which tests/commands should be repeating to confirm that windows...

No -- I did not realize that there was a check box to delete driver. Rebooted the computer & the Kaspersky security data escort adapter #2 is no longer listed in device manager.

Uninstalled it and no longer listed in device manager. Did I delete the driver also? Is there another way to delete driver? Probably a good idea to reboot my computer at some point.
