Re: SFC Fails to Repair a Corrupted File Thanks for your prompt reply to my problem. I ran the initial script with sfcfix.exe, overlaid with sfcfix.zip. It ran and put the sfcfix.txt on my desktop. Unfortunately I did something wrong, & the file disappeared. I was unable to find it using...

[SOLVED] [7SP1 x64] SFC Fails to Repair a Corrupted File

I am running on Windows 7-64 Home Premium. SFC /scannow fails to repair some files. I have run SFCFix and enclosed the requested files. I have run chkdsk /r & all virus & malware scans error free. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dropbox - CBS.zip...
