Corrupt files and unstable Windows update

Corrupt files and unstable Windows update

I have tried everything I can to try and fix the corrupted files with no luck. At times I can get Windows to update but most of the time it just spins and never does. My file information listed below and I have used the large file uploader for my CBS file so they should arrive shortly...
