Got it you're not gonna help, I'm gonna try a Repair Install, if I can manage it, and then give up and make a new install and re-install all my damn programs and updates, thankfully I got an iso that is slipstreamed to march 2019 so that buggy update won't be an issue.

If what's missing for getting some help is CBS.log, I can provide it, since I've done SFC /SCANNOW, no problem, but please tell me if that's what's needed now. System Readiness Tool might have been used too since the last reboot...if I can get some direction here, I read the rules but I wasn't...
