Apps won't update and Mail app doesn't start (Windows 10)

I have several issues with Windows 10. I can't open the Mail app, it doesn't go any further than the splash screen. And I also can't update any app trough the Windows Store. All apps stay at 0,0 MB of 178 MB (for example). I tried the update troubleshooter. I also used wsreset and did a system...
