Dear softwaremaniac, My problem is somehow not showing up, which is a good thing. It could be due to some program that I have deleted from my PC. It was called Install shield. I noticed that a message box pupped up saying something “Install shield unable to …update manager .. etc” and right...

OK thanks. I got a bit curios, would you please tell me what these "other things"will do: CreateRestorePoint: Hosts: 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com S2 KMS-R@1n; C:\Windows\KMS-R@1n.exe [X] RemoveProxy: EmptyTemp: I am more interested in teh 2nd and 3rd line. Greately appritiated.

Dear; are back on Adobe again? The attached file will just unblock Adobe server. Is that really what I have asked for assistance about?

Can the server being blocked has to to with this issue? It has always been blocked, but this problem appears recently. I can remove it if that is the root-cause.
