Thanks so much for the suggestion, my understanding is that the SPTD driver is not present in a Win7 configuration. Is that correct, and only when I upgrade to Win 10? One other piece of advice, I am using MediaCreation1903 tool and directly doing the upgrade without the creation of an ISO file...
