Server 2019 VMs Configuration Registry Database Is Corrupt

I have 3 Server 2019 VMs that are failing to update. On one of them the SFCFix tool completes, text below. But on the other two it just hangs after giving the DISM Error 1009, The Configuration Registry Database Is Corrupt. Log files and COMPONENTS file for all three servers are here. Thanks...
