Windows 7 upgrade to Windows 10 fail

Please help with Windows 7 upgrade to Windows 10. I attached setuperr.log fail. A bunch of errors but no idea how to resolve them. SFC or DISM /scanhealth does not return errors. Windows 7 DISM doesn't have /restorehealth option. I also tried to upgrade to Windows 8and 8.1 but also get to the...

Hi, I am wondering if there is a tool that scans SFC and DISM logs and lists in a convinient way files that were not fixed?
