[Win10v1703b15063 x64] Fall Creators Update Broke PC

Problem started when the Fall Creators Update was installed, using Windows Update. Computer got stuck in a BSOD reboot loop and I needed to repair it. I used DISM to repair using a Windows 10 USB drive and was able to boot back in and continue using it. So far there are no obvious problems with...
