I have a server which install all updates except monthly rollup (none of it did). I went through all steps (SFC scan, SURT/DISM scan, SFC fix), among with some others solutions I found online (delete SoftwareDistribution folder, etc), and nothing seems to have any effect. I'm concerned about...
