So, i installed all of the important updates after KB4490628. And here is a list of optional updates:

The oldest one(KB4516065) failed to install, i tried 4 times, then restarted pc and tried once again - nothing. This is what i got:

Success! Finally it installed! Is the job done or should i install 2 last updates? and what would you recommend to do with the optional updates?

So, i did as you said and installed like a good portion of security updates(like ~30), everything went smoothly, but then i ran into this problem(look at the screenshot below). I tried to search for updates again but the problem repeated. There are still updates to be installed but windows just...
