Couldn't roll the driver back; rollback button is grayed out. I DL'd a bunch of updates from Dell to my tablet and Dropbox'd them to the Dell, but none of the EXE's run except the BIOS update. On all the others, I get a little screen activity and then nothing. So I have them all on the HD but...

Dell XPS13 Laptop BSOD - Stuart - Windows 8.1 x64

I cannot download anything from the Dell website because my browsers all crash when I attempt any download (even a PDF attached to an email crashes). How can I proceed to update drivers? BlueRobot, interesting diagnostics but I don't see what action to take based on them.

Dell XPS13 Laptop BSOD - Stuart - Windows 8.1 x64

Can't download anything with Chrome or Firefox; they crash when I try to download. IE won't even start up. I did get Intel N6235 driver updated from the Properties page but now I'm stymied by these browser issues. Otherwise, the machine is running better and not crashing. Any suggestions...

This all went successfully. I ran the MCPR tool even though the de-install appeared to run OK. Now when I reboot, I get a blue screen with DRIVER_VERIFIER_VIOLATION_DETECTED. The laptop appears to be running better, although slowly, once I get to a desktop. How do I stop the Driver Verifier...
