When the Media Creation Tool asks: Is it okay to just "Upgrade this PC now"? I do not have a flashdrive that is 8gb as it asks for. I wish to perform a clean install. Will using the first option allow me to do so?

Is this bugcheck a definitive issue with the GPU? Could it be the RAM? When I cleaned out my PC and removed the components before, the RAM was giving me a hard time. I had to reseat it at least 20 times.

Could the missing drivers be a big problem? Should I switch over to windows 10? I think that the missing drivers may be the NZXT cooler screen or the Lian Li fans that have lighting control. Is that a possibility?

Attached below is a .txt of the CMD outputs. Regarding the 2nd question, I have never had Windows 10. The first OS that I installed is Windows 11. I do not have another graphics card but I have downgraded my Game Ready Driver by 2 releases and I have had no issues for the past 3 days.
