I just ran the exe file ... just telling you what the output says. It only ran when I copied it to Desktop... didnt work when running in Downloads directory

Also I tried enabling the Administrator account and also a 3rd admin user... when you log in to both, just a black screen screen appears... no desktop or start menu whatsoever. Here is the attributes file as requested

I did the short test without errors, now running the extended test will complete in 3 hours I do note there is a Window defender bug Microsoft fixes the Windows Defender sfc bug (August 2019) | Born's Tech and Windows World The pc sort of works... like Outlook, Chrome and Windows Explorer all...
