Re: SFC/SCANNOW can't Since my original post, I found the SFCfix script specifically pertaining to my MSDTC.log corruption. I ran the .zip through the SFCfix executable, and it seemed to work. I then ran SFC/Scannow, which came clear. But on running SFCfix again, without the script, it came...

[SOLVED] [Win8.1Upd3 x64] sfcfix: MSDTC.LOG is corrupted

I have had trouble with various websites and programs causing system hangs, and have narrowed it down to HAL errors, but SFC/SCANNOW can't seem to fix it. I've run all the DISM options, SFC (many a time) SFCFix.exe was able to detect and repair one error, but the SFC command still can't resolve...
