Hi again blue, went to a computer shop today and bought a new motherboard, did the same test with the same CPU and configuration on the new MOBO and p95 doesn't give any errors. Will check over the next few days if I bsod and update you.

This was before. I also checked to see if it was an issue with the chipset for some reason. I tested with both my motherboard latest chipset drivers and AMD's website drivers. Please take a look at the edit in my earlier post as well. Something I'd like to add, don't know if it would be helpful...

Just had another bsod: "Critical Structure Corruption" I was just browsing on chrome when it happened. Had to restart on the BSOD screen as it wouldn't restart for me. I attached the sysnative app file below as well as a screenshot of BSOD Viewer.

SFC couldn't fix corruption.

Hi there! I recently started getting unexpected kernel trap BSOD's so I ran SFC and it found some corruption it couldn't fix. I therefore ran dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and the restore operation completed succesfully however SFC is still giving a corruption it couldn't fix error...
