KB4490628 was successful. Rebooted and tried KB4516065 Still gets error 80092004 File is CBS2.ZIP CBS2.zip

Windows 7 SP1 x64 Error 80092004 When trying to apply KB4516065. Ran the Microsoft powershell script to reset Windows Update, did not help SFC /SCANNOW is clean SURT no errors SFCFIX no errors Link to CBS logs CBS.zip Thanks Jim in Chicagoland
