Sorry, but I don't trust unofficial sources, so extracted the cab myself from msu. On first try got a blue screen with "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED", and some other apps crashed before it. Retrying...

All others. Last one was Windows Defender (KB2267602, 2019-09-05), last not Windows Defender was some NET security update (KB4507422, 2019-08-18) ... Can't find any strictly windows security update installed in history. I guess it's because it is waiting to install this one first. Maybe it has...

I tried to install it automatically, manually, with dism, trying to fix Windows Update, nothing works. DISM log from manual installation (dism /online /add-package /packagepath:h:\downloads\kb\Windows8.1-KB4512488-x64.cab) attached. Any help would be appreciated.
