I tried to update again and some worked, but for whatever reason windows refuses to install Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3081704). I ran the diagnostic tool and it said it fixed some security setting that were missing or have been changed, and service registration is missing...

There are a total of six folders, but it will only let me access the version from 11/19/2015. However, this one does have a components file which is about 44mb.
