sfc /scannow cannot fix some files

Recently I have run a sfc /scannow and after it said that some files could not be fixed, so I used the SFCFix to see if that could fix it, but it only managed to fix 1 corrupted file. Here are the CBS logs and the SFCFix log: CBS: SFCFix:

For some reason when I do perfmon /report I get a message saying that the operator or administrator has refused the request.

My laptop can't completely shut down.
