Ok, since I got stuck at 91.3%, I ran Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth It told me: The component store is repairable. The operation completed successfully. Then I ran Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth It's at 100%, but doesn't tell me "The operation completed successfully."...
