Ok, just tried updating again, managed to get two installed and restarted. Alas, the files are too big. The latest log file (CbsPersist_20181121092027.log) is 367 MB, 360 of which is from today; even when compressed it is 12 MB, and my upload limit is 7 MB. Try this OneDrive download link...
