Richard thank you. I am testing the ram now. If that passes I assume my only remaining option is a Win7 repair install or clean install?

I am unable to perform a repair install from CD because my disk has SP1 and the system currently does not. Sp1 fails with error 800f0900. I have run the system readiness tool - continues to fail after that. Have also run sfc /scannow Attached is my CBSPersists log. Appreciate any help!
