Have been having BSoD for a while, can't figure out why or how to fix it

As the title says, I've been having blue screen problems for a while now. It's quite interesting because they only happen when there IS NOT a game running on the pc (99% of the time if there's a game running no blue screen happens, if there is not, the pc dies every 10 minutes or so). So far...
