Hi, thank you for the answer, but i wont be able to try this in the next few weeks. Thing is that the problem is on my fathers computer and we dont live in the same city. I was visiting him when I wrote the first post. Anyway, Ill try these on my next visit.

My Windiws update isnt working. i cant open a lot of programs with "api-ms-win-downlevel-user32-l1-1-0.dll missing" message. Also I couldnt run SFCFix.exe with the same message. And I couldnt perform SURT.
