KB4493472 Install fails

This server is failing on some selective updates since June of 2018. Now it fails on the latest security rollup--KB4493472 I have attached the cbs.log (scratch that, attaching Windows update as the CBS log is 98MB) and suspect it's due to an AMD install failure from KB4284826 Exec...
