Update, sfc and troubleshoot problem

there is nothing i can do in the meantime? Im from Argentina and the country is in quarantine, pc shops are closed, there is no way im gonna get a hard drive in, at least, a month. I just need this pc to run Stremio but i keep getting this message:

Update, sfc and troubleshoot problem

I wanted to update my pc, because i was having the api-ms-win-crt-runtime.l1.1.0.dll error. One thing led to another, and suddenly my sfc /scannow got stucked at 56%, the troubleshoot and Windows update gave me the 0x80070426 error. I attach my sfc I will also upload my cbs file here:CBS.rar...
