Windows10 Corruption

I am unable to fix my Windows 10 system. I've tried SFC /scannow. I've tried DISM but all variants of the source still say the source file is unable to be found. I'd tried to run SFCFix but that wasn't able to fix it. Here is the SCFFix document I've also attached the CBS file. Any help...
