Here's SFCFix.txt. Ran KB4074594 but it failed to complete, so here is CBS.log file. We don't seem to be going anywhere. Do you think my update problem is fixable or should I just start fresh? Thanks.

When I tried to update KB4074594--Monthly Quality Roundup for Windows 8.1 x64 based systems-- again, it shows the same problem as before, "We couldn't complete the update--Undoing changes" Here's files.

Okay, I manually updated Windows Defender then called up Control Panel for updates but KB2267602 was not listed for update, only KB4074594.

I had my fingers crossed but to no avail. It could not complete the important updates (KB4074594 and KB2267602). Here's SFCFix.txt and the CBS.log.
