SFCFIX does not work

Good afternoon from Spain. I have performed the steps recommended Aura with SFCFIX.exe by niemiro + SFC.zip (SFCFIX.txt attached) but the problem remains. Corrupted files "telemetry.ASM-WindowsDefault.json" and "utc.app.json". I have the same problem in two laptop. My system is Windows 8.1...
