Error 0X800703F1 After attempt 1st Backup

After attempting an initial backup to an external Hard-drive I got the error message 0X800703F1. I'd ordered a system backup and All default Windows backup files except Google Drive and Dropbox. attached are Snip copies of the messages and of my system information.

Hello

Hi, I'm David. I'm in mid 60's and started using computers in the mid 90's on DOS for my chiropractic clinic. I try to understand and do what I can with my computers but am far from an expert and pretty much have a lay-person's savvy for computerese.
